2 dozen ham cups Good for parties/potlucks, Kid friendly, Quick & easy, Travels well |
Ingredients
2-1/2 oz. package deli ham, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 spt. Pepper
8-oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions
Combine ham and onion. Add egg, cheese, mustard, and pepper.
Mix well and set aside.
Unroll crescent rolls; press dough into a single large rectangle.
Cut rectangle into 24 squares.
Press dough into 24 lightly greased mini muffin cups.
Fill muffin cups with ham mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 13–15 minutes or until golden.

I make these all the time for my co workers and my family and they are a wonderful quiche like appetizer. I use other fillings as well. LOVE it, always get compliments.
