This is a recipe that my mom and grandma used to make it is one of my favorite things to make because it is a quick and easy thing to make. I wanted to put it on here so other people can enjoy it too.

Ingredients

Meat (Your choice I use Hamburger)
Enchilada Sauce (Red-Mild)
Cream of Chicken
Tortilla Chips (Plain or Nacho)
Cheese

Directions

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees
Brown your meat, drain, place meat back in skillet or pan, mix in meat, sauce, and cream of chicken, let it simmer
then take a throw pan(you can get them at a dollar store). Crunch your chips into pan and put cheese on them.
add your meat sauce over that, add more chip on that (optional) and add more cheese
bake until cheese is melted about 5-7 minutes. Let cool. Serve and enjoy
