Ingredients
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
4 ounces butter
2 1/4 cups icing sugar
1 1/5 cups rice bubbles
Chocolate Mix:
1 ounce copha (vegetable shortening)
8 ounces cooking chocolate
Directions
Melt the peanut butter and butter in a pan and pour over the dry ingredients.
Mix well. Roll ingredients into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Melt chocolate and copha, mix ingredients gently over double boiler.
Roll balls into chocolate mixture and put on wire drainer.
Refrigerate.

Very simple and actually good. Chocolate mix: I used chocolate coating (12 ounces Plymouth Pantry, Candiquick, Log House) Think this could easily be doubled. Made 30 balls
