Ingredients
3 sheets puff pastry
5 apples (cut into eights)
200 grams butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Cut pastry into 10cm squares place a apple piece on top, brush on glaze.
Wrap up the apple piece in the pastry and brush with glaze (brown sugar, butter melted together) and sprinkle with white sugar.
Place on tray and cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with cream if desired.
Enjoy!

Cook time is much longer than recipe states; I had to cook mine for about 30–35 minutes. Even though it took much longer than I anticipated, these pastries were worth the wait. They are very good! I used less butter than the recipe called for—1 stick of butter(113g)—and it was just enough for me since I did not put a lot of glaze on each pastry.
