Gorgeous Glowing Igloo Luminary

This wee luminary is a smaller version of the Snowball Bowl. To make this glowing igloo, follow these instructions with a few modifications: use a water balloon instead of a regular balloon and make fewer coils (roughly 130 coils).
After you finish making the igloo, place a flameless candle inside—you don’t want to melt [ahem, burn!] the igloo with a real candle. (Money-saving tip: You can find packs of flameless candles at the dollar store.) Because you’re using a flameless candle, it’s safe to place the luminary in an enclosed space such as a bookcase or shelf. Enjoy watching the shadows dance as the candlelight flickers through the intricate coils.
