Do you go to bed on time?
  • Most definitely – I try very hard to get plenty of sleep and be rested for the next day
  • Most of the time, but on weekends I never seem to be tired and want to stay up longer
  • Sometimes I put up an argument because I want to see the end of the TV show
  • Rarely – there are too many fun things to do all the time
Do you wash your hands before meals?
  • Absolutely – before each and every meal
  • Most of the time, unless I’m really, really hungry and forget
  • Sometimes, but if I can use a fork and knife, why bother?
  • Rarely – it’s easier to just wipe my hands off on my jeans
Are you nice to younger kids?
  • Always – it’s fun to play with them
  • Most of the time, unless I’m with my older friends
  • Sometimes – they are pretty obnoxious
  • No, they are all just too young and immature for me
Do you do all your chores on time?
  • Yes, every day I do my chores
  • Most of the time – I only forget on rare occasions
  • Sometimes, unless I can pay my little brother/sister to do them
  • What are chores?
Do you feed and care for your pet?
  • Absolutely – they are my responsibility
  • Most of the time, unless I have practice
  • Only when I can’t pay someone else to do it
  • I don’t have a pet (yet)
