Dear Kate,
I am so glad to get your letter! I’ve seen that you’ve been a big help to your mom and dad this year and that you are nice to your little sister Samantha. I am very proud of you. It’s not easy to be good ALL the time, I know--even the little reindeer forget to behave sometimes. Keep up the good work, especially helping take care of your kitty Skipper and picking up your toys.
I will try my best to bring you the things you want for Christmas. I think I saw the Squinkies Cupcake Surprise Bakeshop and LEGO Hogwarts in the Elves’ Workshop--and the Friends 4Ever Bracelet Making Kit just may already be on my sleigh.
The elves are working hard to get the toys ready, and my reindeer have been playing running games in the snow to get strong for the big trip ahead. Be sure to go to sleep early on Christmas Eve--and if you remember, you can leave me a little snack by your Christmas tree. I’d love to try one of the sugar cookies you decorated with your friend Becky last week.
Mrs. Claus, the elves, and all the reindeer wanted me to say hi to you. We all hope you have a very Merry Christmas! Have fun when you go visit your grandparents in Memphis!
Your good friend,
